“I believe that my diverse nursing background will allow me to provide supportive and individualized primary care to patients during all stages of their life,” Freeman shares. “I have supported patients and families during both the beginning and end of life as well as everything in between. Both hospice and women’s health care fields that are largely driven by patient autonomy and shared decision making. Freeman is committed to improving the health and well-being of every patient, every time through evidence-based and patient-centered care. She believes that building trust with her patients through active communication and empathetic listening is key to caring for her patients through all stages of life.

“Working in primary care means that I am there for my patients throughout all stages of life,” Freeman explains. “Whole person health is multifaceted, and I believe that establishing a solid provider/patient relationship is essential to my job as a health care provider.”
