ROCKMART, Ga. — AdventHealth Medical Group is excited to announce the opening of a new primary and urgent care clinic in Rockmart this April, bringing convenient, whole-person care closer to home for Polk County residents.
AdventHealth Medical Group Primary Care & Urgent Care at Rockmart will open on April 13 and will welcome hometown physician Dr. Jacob Parker. Dr. Parker is dedicated to providing compassionate, comprehensive care to the community that helped raise him.
Patients interested in scheduling an appointment with Dr. Parker before the Rockmart clinic opens may visit him in his current role at AdventHealth Medical Group Family and Internal Medicine in Cedartown.
