HENDERSONVILLE, NC, N.C. — As winter weather continues to impact our region, AdventHealth wants our community to know that our hospitals remain open and fully operational. Our Emergency Department, The Baby Place and all inpatient care services are available and prepared to care for patients who need us.
The safety and well-being of our community is our top priority. We have taken extensive steps to ensure continuity of care, including activating Incident Command, adjusting staffing plans and providing on-site accommodations so team members can safely remain at or travel to the hospital. These proactive measures allow our physicians, nurses and care teams to be present and ready, even as road conditions remain challenging.
While hospital services remain open, some outpatient locations are impacted. AdventHealth Medical Group offices will be closed on Monday, with the exception of AdventHealth Medical Multispecialty at Graham County.
AdventHealth Centra Care Arden on Airport Road will be closed on Monday. However, to continue supporting the health needs of our community, free virtual visits are being offered to all community members. These appointments can be accessed through AdventHealthHVL.com or the AdventHealth App using the code word: community.
We know winter storms can create uncertainty and concern, especially for those with urgent or ongoing health needs. Please be assured that our teams are here, our facilities are safe and our doors are open. We encourage everyone to prioritize safety, avoid unnecessary travel and seek care when needed.
AdventHealth remains committed to caring for our neighbors with compassion, readiness and hope throughout this weather event. For updates on services and resources, please visit AdventHealth online or follow our official communication channels.
