Through one-on-one coaching, nutrition support, advanced fitness testing and specialized programs for injury recovery or post-surgery care, we help you train safely, efficiently and with confidence. Our trainers serve as both coaches and motivators, guiding you every step of the way.

We’ll conduct baseline biometric measurements, including blood pressure, resting heart rate, body composition, functional movement and muscular endurance analysis. We’ll use the results to create a customized exercise program tailored to your specific health and wellness needs.

Body fat can disrupt the functioning of your metabolism and lead to numerous health conditions. We’ll measure your body fat versus lean body mass (bone, muscle, skin, organs) and calculate your potential risk.

Functional movement screening assesses your movement patterns to find weakness, tightness or imbalance, so we can help you correct it and prevent future problems.

This simple, noninvasive breathing test will estimate your basal metabolic rate (BMR) by calculating the amount of oxygen inhaled and carbon dioxide exhaled. The more oxygen your body uses, the higher your BMR. If your metabolism falls below BMR norms, we can help you increase it to lose weight more quickly.

Specific movements and positions will help identify overactive or underactive muscles. Then we’ll create a corrective exercise plan to help realign your posture to create a healthier you.
