Breast Lift (Mastopexy): A breast lift, or mastopexy, reshapes and lifts the breasts. It’s a great option for people who want to address sagging breasts after pregnancy, breastfeeding or weight fluctuations, but aren't looking for a size change.
Our board-certified plastic surgeons will remove excess skin and reshape the breast tissue to achieve your desired shape. A mastopexy doesn't use implants, so it doesn’t add volume, but you can combine a lift with augmentation if you're looking for increased size. Recovery takes a few weeks, and the results can be long-lasting, especially with proper aftercare. 
Breast Reduction: Breast reduction, or reduction mammoplasty, is a surgical procedure to reduce the size and weight of the breasts. A reduction is a helpful option for those whose breasts cause skin irritation, back, neck or shoulder pain or whose breast size limits their level of physical activity.

Breast Explant Surgery: We offer breast explant surgery to permanently remove breast implants, whether they’re causing health issues, you’d like to return to a more natural shape or for any other reason. This surgery typically involves general anesthesia, incisions and removal of the implants and any scar tissue. This is often combined with a breast lift to rejuvenate the remaining breast tissue.

Breast Implant Exchange Surgery
Breast implants don’t last forever and need to be replaced over time. In other cases, women want a different implant than the one they have. Regardless of the reason, our skilled plastic surgeons can replace your original implants with newer generation implants. The original incision site may be used, and your implant exchange recovery process will likely be smoother overall than your original breast implant procedure.
Breast Augmentation With an Internal Bra
We can perform internal bra surgery as part of your breast augmentation surgery. This procedure implants a bioabsorbable mesh that provides long-lasting internal support for your breast implants, much like how a regular bra lifts and supports your breasts.
Gummy Bear Implants
