Below is a comprehensive list of insurance plans accepted by our AdventHealth Sebring, AdventHealth Lake Placid and AdventHealth Wauchula hospitals. We’ve also included a section for insurance plans not currently participating in our hospital system.
Check the lists below to find out if our hospitals accept your insurance. While we do accept various providers, some of their plans do not cover treatment.
This list may not be up to date, so if your insurance provider is listed below, you should still check your policy or contact your insurance company to ensure your plan covers treatment.
If you do not see your insurance provider listed below, we offer payment plans and financial aid for those who qualify.
