Diabetes Self-Management Education Series

Join us for a free two-class series to help manage your diabetes with practical tips, nutrition, and exercise guidance. Teaching the series are a Registered Dietitian and a Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist. This is a two class series on September 16 and September 23, 2026.
