General Information

• Positions available: 3 full-time, 12-month commitment
• Estimated annual stipend: $56,600 + meeting travel support
• Weekend, and evening service commitment required
• Committee Involvement
• Application deadline: January 4th

Required Qualifications

• Doctor of Pharmacy degree
• Possession or eligibility for Florida licensure
• Participant in the National Matching Service and PhORCAS
• The following application materials must be submitted by the deadline: curriculum vitae, 3 letters of recommendation utilizing the PhORCAS template, transcripts from all colleges of pharmacy attended

• 1 AdventHealth formulary drug monograph
• Regular review of medication safety events
• Formal presentations including journal clubs, patient case presentations, and in-services
• Quarterly department newsletter articles
• ACLS certification with rotating code response responsibility
• Department staffing every third weekend
• Participation will also be expected in the following: Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committee, Drug Shortage Committee, performance improvement projects, and student/employee teaching
• Teaching certificate completion with University of South Florida
