AdventHealth Fitness Classes are therapeutic. Each is designed to relieve uncomfortable symptoms and improve health. These purposeful classes will jump start your health journey.

- Tai Chi - 6 Week Series

6 week series led by Barb. Improve flexibility, strength, cardiovascular health, and balance while reducing stress in this guided series of gentle movements. All abilities welcome.

- Mindful Meditation - 6 Week Series

6-week series led by Barb. Have you been curious about meditation but not sure where to start? This guided meditation practice is a perfect way to re-center your mind and reconnect with your body. Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, depression, or just need a space and time to decompress from everyday life, this class will provide a quiet, calming atmosphere in which you can learn to just breathe.

- Pilates/Barre Fusion - 6 Week Series

6 week series led by Angie. Combining the core-strengthening principles of Pilates with the balance, alignment, and sculpting techniques of barre, this class integrates small, controlled movements with elements of strength, flexibility, and stability training to create long lean muscle tone and improved posture. All abilities welcome.

- Therapeutic Yoga

Series led by Claudia. Using Yoga as the ancient healing practice it is, this class combines postures, breathing, meditation, movement, and relaxation to improve physical, mental, and emotional health. Achieve your goals by strengthening, aligning, and reducing stress.

- Yoga Therapy for Improved Posture

Series led by Claudia. Improve your posture for healthy aging, pain reduction, and better balance while combatting forward posture. Focus on stretching, strengthening, and aligning muscle groups.

- Senior Strength - 8 Week Series

8-week series led by Taylor. This functional movement class will increase whole body strengthening, reinforce muscle strength and prevent injuries around joints that are associated with chronic pain, such as knees, hips, shoulders, and low back. Appropriate for all ability levels.

8-week series led by Rochelle. This educational movement class will help you gain insight and strategies to help increase and maintain bone density. This series uses standing and balance yoga postures to align the skeleton and maximize weight bearing benefits. All abilities welcome.

8-week series led by Claudia. Your core is at the heart of every movement you make. A strong core leads to improved balance, stability, posture, and better movement patterns. Learn how to strengthen this important muscle group in our follow up to Yoga Therapy for Improved Posture to improve your confidence in daily life, as well as prevent falls and fractures. All abilities welcome.

Join us in this chair-based yoga class designed for cancer patients and survivors. Through gentle movements and breathing techniques we will work on strengthening the body and relaxing the mind to support your journey through cancer treatment and beyond. All abilities welcome.
