How Sarah Leads at AdventHealth
Sarah Myers serves as Regional Chief Information Officer for AdventHealth Mid-America Region, providing executive leadership and strategic direction for the region’s technology strategy, innovation and service delivery. In this role, she partners closely with clinical, operational and administrative leaders to ensure technology meaningfully supports patient care, caregiver experience and organizational growth.
Sarah brings deep experience across health care IT, having previously served as IT Director for the Mid-America Region. She has led technology strategy and delivery for major initiatives, including the integration of the AdventHealth Cancer Institute and AdventHealth Lenexa City Center. Since joining AdventHealth in 2020, Sarah has played a key role in enterprise-wide initiatives, including designing COVID clinic registration workflows, developing custom vaccine reporting solutions and guiding multiple teams through the transition to the Epic electronic medical record platform. Her leadership during complex go-lives ensured readiness, collaboration and continuity of care.
Guided by AdventHealth’s mission, Sarah is known for her people-centered leadership, thoughtful innovation and commitment to building trusted partnerships across disciplines. She holds a Master of Business Administration in health care administration and a Bachelor of Science in business management from the University of Central Missouri. She also serves as a board member for the Computer Support Specialist Program at Johnson County Community College.
