Culinary Genomics Program – Reserve Your Spot Now!
Discover what DNA reveals about your health. Your genes are NOT your destiny - especially if you know your genes and how they affect your body. Having this knowledge allows you to act and tailor your lifestyle to help you feel whole. In partnership with 3X4 Genetics, a private genomics company, review and analyze your genetic predisposition pertinent to the following: metabolism, fitness, performance, weight, brain health, vascular health, hormone balance and dietary needs.
Each participant in this program will receive their own personalized blueprint to identify disease risk and strategies for disease reduction and prevention. The results, while individual, will be organized into common pathways which will be addressed in a series of educational group sessions including demonstration style cooking classes.
Reserve your spot for this three-month program, where you will meet with both our functional medicine practitioner and culinary medicine expert to uncover and analyze your genes and how they affect you as an individual.
Retail Program Cost per individual: $1,299 OR sign up with a partner and each receive $100 off! Payment will be taken at the Whole Health Institute.
The program includes:

Program location: All classes will be held in the culinary theatre at Johnson County Community College in the Wylie Hospitality Center (12345 College Blvd, Overland Park, KS 66210)
Program dates:
This is a three-month program, meeting in-person bi-weekly from March 12 through May 22. All sessions will be recorded and sent out electronically for those who are unable to attend. There will also be a virtual option in case you cannot attend in person but are available to join live online.
Specific dates and times for each in-person session are as follows:
Week 1 – Thursday, March 12 from 5-7pm
Week 2 – Friday, March 27 from 11a-1pm
Week 3 – Thursday, April 9 from 5-7pm
Week 4 – Friday, April 24 from 11a-1pm
Week 5 – Friday, May 8 from 11a-1pm
Week 6 – Friday, May 22 from 11a-1pm

Once your reservation is confirmed, you will receive a welcome email with more details on when and where to pick up your genetics test. You will officially register and submit payment for the program at the AdventHealth Whole Health Institute (7840 W 165th St, Suite 110, Overland Park, KS 66223).
