He brings more than 20 years of physician enterprise leadership experience, including senior operational leadership of large, multispecialty medical groups. Andy's background includes leading significant growth in providers and access, overseeing complex integrations and acquisitions, and driving improvements in quality, operational performance, and provider engagement. His leadership approach emphasizes collaboration, operational excellence, and a strong commitment to patient-centered care and provider wellbeing.
In his role as CEO, Andy is responsible for guiding AHMG’s vision and strategy, supporting providers and care teams, and strengthening operational performance throughout the Mid-America Region.
