How Andrea Leads at AdventHealth
Andréa Narvaez, DNP, MHA, RN, NE-BC, serves as Regional Chief Nursing Officer for the AdventHealth Mid-America Region, bringing more than 20 years of nursing and executive leadership experience. A returning AdventHealth leader, Dr. Narvaez previously held senior roles in the Rocky Mountain Region, including Chief Nursing Officer at AdventHealth Parker, where she led a 1,200-member nursing team, achieved Magnet® redesignation, and advanced caregiver support initiatives. Most recently, she served as Area Vice President for Advocate Health’s North Wisconsin division and Chief Nursing Officer for Aurora BayCare, leading system integration and improving clinical outcomes across multiple sites. Dr. Narvaez holds a Doctor of Nursing Practice, a Master of Healthcare Administration, and Nurse Executive Certification, and is a recognized voice in nursing leadership and patient safety.
