2026 Volunteer Registration -FLAGLER SCHOOLS Sports Physicals

AdventHealth is proud to be the Official Healthcare Champion of Flagler Schools. Through our partnership, we will be providing a FREE Pre-participation Sports Physical events for all student athletes within Flagler Schools grades 6-12.

AdventHealth will provide 2 sports physical screening events.

Dates: Wednesday, May 20th and Thursday, May 21st, 2026

Location: Both events will be held at Flagler Palm Coast High School - 800 GYM

Times: 5pm-9pm

Each one of these events will require over 50 volunteers, both clinical and non-clinical to make this event a huge success!

Who are we looking for:

Clinical volunteers: Vital signs, musculoskeletal screening, medical screenings and ECG screenings (MAs, RNs, ATs, PTs, PAs, ARNP, DO, MD, etc.)

Non-Clinical: Registration, check out, patient flow, athlete engagement, etc

Times: The events will run 5pm-9pm. Volunteers will be asked to be onsite for team meeting and overview at 4:30.

Please select each day (or both) you want to volunteer. Once we receive your registration, we will add you to a calendar invite. More info will be sent as we get closer to the event: directions, what to wear, etc.

Each volunteer will receive an event t-shirt along with a light meal the night of the event.
