2026 -THURSDAY- FLAGLER Schools Pre-Participation Sports Physicals

AdventHealth is the Official Healthcare Champion of Flagler Schools and is proud to invite you to the 2026 FREE Pre-Participation Sports Physicals and ECG Screenings Event for Matanzas High School, Flagler Palm Coast High School and Flagler County Middle Schools. These events are open to students from 6th -12th grade. Students may attend either Sports Physical event, no matter which Flagler School they attend.

Wednesday, May 20th @ Flagler Palm Coast High School 800 Gymnasium, 5pm to 9pm

Thursday, May 21st @ Flagler Palm Coast High School 800 Gymnasium, 5pm to 9pm

This FREE event is made available to all Flagler School District student athletes, grades 6th and 12th. This includes student athletes, ROTC, band members, firefighting academy students, etc.

Please note that FREE ECG screenings will also be available during these sports physical events. No separate registration is needed. ECG screenings are now required for participation in Flagler Schools and in the state of Florida. For more details on ECG requirements please contact your school's athletic director.

NOTE: Physicals are good for one calendar year from the date of service.

Please follow the guidelines below for a successful experience:

• Be sure to download, complete and sign all required paperwork before arrival.
• The physical and consent forms must be signed by a parent or guardian in order to receive a physical. Students who provide forms not signed by parent or guardian will not be able to receive a physical.
• All athletes must register online
