In an emergency, it’s natural to have questions. Our team is here to guide you through every step and make sure you feel informed and supported.
When you arrive, we’ll ask a few questions about your symptoms and medical history so we can begin your care as quickly as possible. After checking your vital signs, we’ll determine the best course of treatment for you.
Because we care for patients based on the urgency of their needs, someone with a more serious condition may be seen sooner. This approach helps ensure everyone receives timely, appropriate care. Throughout your visit, our team will do all we can to treat you quickly and keep you informed.
Video Visits: Bringing You More Convenient Care: We want to make your care as convenient as possible for minor ailments. You can speak with a doctor or nurse practitioner without leaving your house using a smartphone, tablet or computer. Our video visit specialists offer virtual appointments for many minor injuries and illnesses, including:
Conjunctivitis (pink eye)
Cough, colds, bronchitis and flu
Lower-back pain
Seasonal allergies
Sinus and upper-respiratory infections
