These programs may include monitored exercise, nutritional counseling, emotional support, and guidance for healthy lifestyle changes. Our goal is to help you regain strength, reduce your risk of future health problems, and move forward with confidence.
Cardiac and pulmonary rehabilitation programs require a physician referral.
Cardiac Rehabilitation
Cardiac rehabilitation helps heart patients to recover quickly and to improve their overall physical, mental and social wellbeing. The goal is to stabilize, slow or even reverse the progression of cardiovascular disease, thereby reducing the risk of heart disease, a cardiac event or death.

Healthy hearts are built through daily habits, education, and support. That is why we also offer exercise and education classes, smoking cessation classes, and other learning opportunities for people who want to make healthier choices.
Exercise classes for risk factor modification are offered on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday and are monitored by a certified fitness instructor. Classes include cardiovascular and strength training, with blood glucose, blood pressure, and heart rate checked daily.
