Prepared Childbirth Class: 3-Week Series (In Person)
About this Event
Our new in-person three-class series, taught by certified childbirth educators will help you prepare for labor, birth and beyond. Come join us! We know how important it is for you to be informed as you prepare for your baby's arrival. Topics covered in class; physiologic changes in pregnancy, labor and birth, comfort measures, medical interventions, cesarean section, and immediate postpartum.
Registration for this class includes your labor partner and will give you access to all 3 classes.

July 22: Physiologic changes in pregnancy, Labor & Birth (please note this is a Wednesday evening)
July 30: Comfort measures (Class moves to Thursday)
August 6: Medical interventions, Cesarean Section, Immediate Postpartum Care (Class moves to Thursday)
