Ashley Marshall, APRN

Ashley Marshall, APRN, is a certified acute care pediatric nurse practitioner with over 20 years of experience. She earned a Master of Science in Nursing from Vanderbilt University School of Nursing in Nashville, Tennessee and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of North Alabama College of Nursing in Florence, Alabama. Before she joined AdventHealth, Ashley practiced in pediatric cardiac and intensive care units at Vanderbilt Children’s Hospital in Nashville, Tennessee, Stanford Lucile Packard Children’s Hospital in Palo Alto, California, and Children’s National Medical Center in Washington, D.C. She has held advanced practice roles at AdventHealth Orlando as a pediatric heart transplant coordinator and pediatric heart failure nurse practitioner. Ashley is deeply committed to clinical education, quality improvement and community service, and is the founder of Impacks, a Central Florida-based initiative supporting homeless and foster children.

Ashley Marshall believes that caring for a child with a cardiac condition means caring for the whole family. She centers her practice on listening first, communicating clearly, and partnering with parents so they feel confident and supported in navigating every step of the cardiac journey.
