Ashleigh Markowitz, PA-C, received a Master’s Degree in Physician Assistant Studies from the University of Kentucky College of Health Sciences in Lexington, Kentucky. She also holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Pre-Med Biology from Ohio State University’s College of Arts and Sciences in Columbus, Ohio. Ashleigh completed her residency at UF Health Shands Hosptial in Gainesville, Florida, and she has been a pediatric surgery PA at AdventHealth for Children in Tampa since 2022. Before that, Ashleigh served as a patient care assistant in the medical, surgical, oncology and palliative care unit at Mart Carmel East Hospital in Columbus, Ohio.
