For those who qualify, we also provide financial assistance to help reduce the cost of care. Our compassionate and knowledgeable staff are here to assist you with any financial or insurance-related questions you may have before, during or after your visit.
When you preregister, you’ll share the information on your legal ID, plus details like your race and ethnicity. We'll also ask you to list your emergency contact and primary care provider.
If you have insurance coverage, you’ll provide the details from your insurance card, as well as some additional details about the policyholder.
You can set up an AdventHealth Account online or by downloading the AdventHealth app. With an account, scheduling appointments, viewing test results, paying bills and connecting with your care team has never been easier. Download the AdventHealth app via the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, or visit us online and opt in for messaging to receive important updates and ensure your appointments run smoothly. Through our app, you can also:

Before a scheduled service, you have a right to a Good Faith Estimate for the cost of care. This estimate will be based on similar past visits and the information we have available. To make it easy, you can view an example patient letter that you might receive and an example visit estimate document that breaks down how to read it.
AdventHealth attempts to collect payment at time of service for estimated amounts not covered by insurance, which can include co-payment, coinsurance, deductible, or non-covered services. If you are unable to make payment in full either by cash, check, debit card or credit card, there are alternative payment options available to you, including payment plan, financing options, or financial assistance. We encourage patients to confirm with their insurance provider whether services are covered. Facility Fees
Under Colorado law, health care facilities must inform patients that a Facility Fee may be charged in addition to the cost of health care services. AdventHealth has adopted the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) definition for Facility Fees. If you receive care at a hospital location which charges a Facility Fee, you will receive a notice. Your financial responsibility for the Facility Fee is dependent on your specific health insurance plan. Please contact your insurance plan to determine if they cover Facility Fees.

Providers Who Bill Separately
A hospital stay can bring many visits and services from multiple medical providers. Services may be provided in the hospital by AdventHealth as well as by other health care practitioners who may bill you separately, like the providers below.
If you have a scheduled health care service that requires a hospital stay, we recommend contacting your anticipated health care practitioners within the hospital to confirm they participate with your insurance provider. This way, you can get information about billing practices and an estimate for your upcoming services to help avoid any unexpected challenges and fees.

Your Voice Matters
Thank you for choosing AdventHealth. Your satisfaction is important to us. If you have concerns or believe your bill is incorrect, you have several options to resolve the issue. You can submit a dispute in writing to the address below, including the:
- Date(s) of service
- Description of the dispute
- Guarantor number
- Patient's name
You can also contact our customer service team at the phone number below. While your dispute is under review, payment requirements for the disputed amount will be waived. However, all undisputed balances will continue to be processed through the normal billing process. If you are represented by an attorney, you can also inform us by mail or phone using the contact information below to provide all necessary documentation
