What is AdventHealth Primary Care+?
AdventHealth Primary Care+ is built on the promise of convenience and personalized, exceptional care for you and your family. Our Doctors and Advanced Practice Professionals are experts at caring for ages 5 and up and are available everyday including evenings and weekends. We offer many different services in family practice including preventative care to immunizations to diagnosing injuries and illnesses to caring for chronic conditions. Services designed around your convenience include same day appointments, registration completed before your visit, and even same day labs and results.
What specialty services are available?
AdventHealth Partin Settlement is home to Primary Care+ and specialty care — such as cardiology, gastroenterology and women’s care — in addition to imaging, outpatient sports medicine and rehab and lab services.
Do you accept my insurance?
AdventHealth Partin Settlement accepts most types of major insurance. Please call in advance of your appointment to confirm if your plan is accepted.
Do I need a referral?
Specialty physicians, lab work, and some imaging exams require a referral. You do not need a physician referral for AdventHealth Primary Care+ or physical therapy.
