Hiba Al-Dabagh, MD, is a board-certified endocrinologist specializing in treating patients with Type 1 and Type 2 diabetes, prediabetes and thyroid disorders. She is fluent in English and Arabic and works to deliver empathetic and compassionate care to every patient.

Dr. Al-Dabagh attended medical school at the University of Jordan Faculty of Medicine before pursuing two residencies: one in pediatrics at Howard University Hospital and the other in pulmonary disease at Jordan University Hospital. She then completed her medical training with an endocrine fellowship from Howard University Hospital.

As an endocrinologist focusing on metabolism and diabetes, Dr. Al-Dabagh helps her patients achieve autonomy over their condition. Jason Boardman, MD, FACS, is a board- certified general surgeon with Mid-Florida Surgical Associates, now proudly affiliated with AdventHealth. He earned his medical degree from New York Medical College in Valhalla, New York, and completed an internship and residency (chief resident) at West Chester Medical Center in Valhalla, New York. Dr. Boardman served as chief of general surgery and attending surgeon in the U.S. Army in West Point, New York, Bondsteel, Kosovo and in Baghdad, Iraq. In civilian practice, he founded Clermont Surgical Associates in Clermont, Florida and is a partner with Mid-Florida Surgical Associates, also in Clermont. He was selected to the Florida Medical Association Leadership Academy and the Commercial Research Council of America’s Top Surgeon list. Dr. Boardman is the author of numerous publications and has presented nationally on trauma, venous procedures and robotic hernia repair.

Cesar Bonilla, MD, FACC, is an eminently qualified cardiologist who is board certified in clinical electrophysiology, cardiovascular disease and internal medicine. A native of Colombia, he was among the top 10 graduates in his class at the University of Cartagena Medical School and served in the Colombian Navy before moving to the United States for his internal medicine residency at Cleveland Clinic Florida. He continued his training there with his cardiology fellowship, earning the title of Chief Fellow, and subsequently completed a fellowship in clinical echocardiography at the University of Florida’s Shands Jacksonville Cardiovascular Center. Dr. Bonilla has been affiliated with AdventHealth since 2014 and is actively involved in clinical research, including the evaluation of newly developed medical devices. He is fluent in English and Spanish.

Rebeccah Briskin, DO, is a board-certified, fellowship-trained urogynecologist. After graduating from Boston University, Dr. Briskin received her medical degree from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. She went on to complete an obstetrics and gynecology residency at Inspira Health Network and a female pelvic medicine and reconstructive surgery fellowship at Henry Ford Health System. She is committed to offering both traditional and holistic options for the body, mind and spirit to achieve the best possible outcomes.

Natalie Caplinger, DO, is a board-certified family medicine physician who obtained her medical degree from Nova Southeastern University Dr. Kiran C. Patel College of Osteopathic Medicine in Fort Lauderdale, FL. She completed a family medicine residency at the University of South Florida Morsani College of Medicine GME at Oak Hill Hospital Brooksville, FL, where she served as chief resident and concentrated in children’s and adolescent medicine. Since 2022, Dr. Caplinger is dedicated to providing the best care for each patient’s body, mind and spirit.

Jorge L. Florin, MD, FACS, is a board-certified general surgeon with Mid-Florida Surgical Associates, now proudly affiliated with AdventHealth. Dr. Florin has more than 30 years of experience providing surgical care in hospital and outpatient settings. He earned his Doctor of Medicine from Universidad Tecnológica de Santiago in Santiago, Dominican Republic, and completed residency training in general surgery at McKeesport Hospital in McKeesport, Pennsylvania. Most recently, Dr. Florin served as medical director of Digestive Health and chief of surgery at AdventHealth Winter Garden. Earlier in his career, he practiced general surgery in Central Florida and held leadership roles including chief of surgery and chief of staff at Health Central Hospital. Dr. Florin provides advanced surgical care using minimally invasive and robotic techniques and is dedicated to delivering patient-centered care. Outside of work, he enjoys playing tennis, traveling, and spending time with family.

Myron Fuller, MD, is a board-certified family medicine physician who earned a medical degree from Ross University School of Medicine in Miramar, Florida. He completed his residency at Keralty Hospital in Miami, Florida.

Dr. Fuller has been a primary care physician in Orlando since 2022. He has also co-authored numerous peer-reviewed publications and has extensive, clinical research experience.

Christopher J. Johnson, D.O., F.A.C.O.S., F.A.C.S., is a board-certified general surgeon with more than 30 years of experience. He completed residency training in general surgery at Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine – Mount Clemens General Hospital in Mount Clemens, Michigan, following a rotating internship at Mount Clemens General Hospital. He earned a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine in East Lansing, Michigan. Dr. Johnson practices with Mid-Florida Surgical Associates and holds hospital appointments at South Lake Hospital in Clermont, Orlando Regional Healthcare in Orlando, AdventHealth Winter Garden, AdventHealth Minneola, AdventHealth Apopka and AdventHealth Altamonte Springs. He has served in departmental and medical executive leadership roles and contributed to research and education in minimally invasive and robotic-assisted hernia repair.

Owen R. Kieran, DO, is a board-certified general surgeon with Mid-Florida Surgical Associates, now proudly affiliated with AdventHealth. He has more than ten years of experience providing surgical care in hospital and community settings. He earned his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from the University of New England College of Osteopathic Medicine in Biddeford, Maine, and completed residency training in general surgery at Saint Barnabas Hospital, a Level I Trauma Center in the Bronx, New York. Dr. Kieran previously practiced with Mid-Florida Surgical Associates in Ocoee, Florida; Osceola Surgical Associates in Poinciana, Florida; and Archbold Medical Group / South Georgia Surgical Associates in Thomasville, Georgia. He also served as a general surgeon and clinical instructor at Carl R. Darnall Army Medical Center in Fort Hood, Texas, and deployed as a forward surgical team surgeon in Afghanistan while serving as a major in the United States Army. Dr. Kieran provides advanced surgical care using minimally invasive and robotic techniques.

Shereen I Oloufa. MD, is a leading board-certified OB/GYN, providing high-quality, comprehensive, and compassionate healthcare for women at West Orange Women’s Care located in Ocoee, Florida. Dr. Oloufa brings over 20 years of experience and expertise to her field and specializes in obstetrics, gynecology and gynecological surgery including state-of-the-art minimally invasive laparoscopic surgery. Recognizing the special healthcare needs of women throughout the various stages of life, her boutique women’s care center offers additional integrated health services including sexual health, urinary incontinence, pellet hormone replacement, infertility, pelvic pain, and immune system optimization. She is also trained in aesthetic services including Skin Pen, Laser Hair Removal, Dysport, Femilift, Soprano Ice, and PRP.

Dr. Oloufa has delivered over 10,000 babies and performed hundreds of surgeries over her extensive career.

Dr. Oloufa graduated with her medical degree from the Milton S. Hershey College of Medicine at Penn State University. She then completed her residency training in obstetrics and gynecology at Geisinger Health System.

Prior to her medical training, Dr. Oloufa received her Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign, graduating on the Dean’s List, and an M.B.A in Managerial Accounting from the University of Hawaii. Her extensive education provided the basis for the dedicated care she now provides to her patients.

Before starting her own practice at West Orange Women’s Care, Dr. Oloufa served as a Staff Physician at Orlando Health Hospital. During her time at Orlando Health, she served the West Orange community through community health fairs, special event presentations, guest radio talk shows, and school career nights. She has mentored medical students.

Alexander D. Schroeder, MD, FACS, is a board- certified general surgeon with Mid-Florida Surgical Associates, now proudly affiliated with AdventHealth. He earned a Doctor of Medicine from the University of Hamburg Medical Faculty in Hamburg, Germany and completed residency training in general surgery at Creighton University School of Medicine in Omaha, Nebraska. He is also a member of several professional organizations including the Amercian Hernia Society, American College of Surgeons, and Society of Laparoscopic and Robotic Surgeons. Dr. Schroeder is a proctor for daVinci robotic surgery.

Casey Seltzer, PA-C, worked for eight years as a physician assistant at Hunt Club Medical in Apopka, FL, and she previously was a physician assistant at Express Family Clinic. Casey has a bachelor’s degree in biology from Rollins College of Winter Park, FL, and a master’s degree in medical science from Nova Southeastern University of Broward County, FL. She has been a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians since 2018.
