Dr. Meena Bansal is board certified in Oncology, Hematology and Internal Medicine. She is a general hematologist/oncologist and approaches patient care with evidence-based medicine. She is a member of the multidisciplinary tumor boards and works closely with surgeons, radiation oncologists, pathologists, and other specialists to develop personalized treatment plans. Dr. Bansal treats a wide range of cancers, including breast cancer, lung cancer, gastrointestinal cancers, prostate cancer, chronic blood cancers, as well as benign hematological disorders such as anemia. She has expertise in chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and targeted therapies. Dr. Bansal is deeply committed to the care of all her patients and is passionate about developing strong relationships with them. Dr. Bansal earned her medical degree at Nova Southeastern University College of Osteopathic Medicine; she completed her residency at Hackensack Meridian Health Palisades Medical Center and her fellowship at Thomas Jefferson University Einstein Medical Center.
