Triptorelin and Protection of Ovarian Reserve in Adolescents and Young Adults with Cancer

This study is being done to answer the following question: Can we do a study to see if receiving the medication triptorelin during chemotherapy reduces the chances of ovarian damage compared to having the chemotherapy without receiving triptorelin? We are doing this study because we want to find out if this approach is better or worse than the usual approach to minimize ovarian damage during chemotherapy. The “usual approach” is defined as care most people get to protect the ovaries during chemotherapy.
