The purpose of the study is to evaluate the effects of the study drug ribociclib given in combination with standard endocrine therapy (ET) for participants diagnosed with early breast cancer. In particular, this study aims to assess if ribociclib in combination with adjuvant ET (study treatment) can help reduce the risk for breast cancer to come back.
