Good Farm Salad

Recipe Ingredients

  • 4 cups fresh mango pieces
  • 1 fresh red bell pepper (3 3/4" x 3")
  • 3 fresh red hot chili peppers
  • ΒΌ cups fresh cilantro leaves
  • 1 teaspoon Kosher salt, coarse
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ginger root
  • 30 cups fresh greens, Power to the Greens, baby kale, chard, and spinach

Directions

Yields: 10 Servings | Serving Size: 351.98 grams

In a blender or Food Processor puree the mango with the red bell pepper, chiles and the flavoring ingredients.

Drizzle on greens and serve.
