Fish Tacos with Chipotle Lime Mayonnaise

Recipe Ingredients

  • 16 ounces cod, raw
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin seeds
  • 1 teaspoon chili pepper, powder
  • ¼ teaspoons Kosher, salt, coarse
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • cups fresh Napa cabbage
  • cups fresh green cabbage
  • 1 ounce fresh radishes
  • 2 tablespoons fresh scallions, tops and bulb, chopped
  • ¼ cups fresh red onion, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro leaves
  • 4 multigrain flour tortillas (10")

Chipotle Lime Mayonnaise Recipe

Mix the spices together and season the fillets. Shred both cabbages and place in a bowl. Thinly slice the red onions, radishes and scallions. Pan sear or bake the fish fillets. and set aside. On an open tortilla divide the cabbage mixture place the fish on top and drizzled with the chipotle lime mayonnaise. Serve with a slice of lime.
