Gulfcoast North AHEC Tobacco Free Florida Cessation Program is now offering virtual “Tools to Quit” classes through Zoom. Tools to Quit Class will provide you with information about the effects of tobacco use, the benefits of quitting, and will assist you with developing your OWN QUIT PLAN. Cessation groups cover all forms of tobacco.
To register, call Call813-929-1000 and Gulfcoast North AHEC will send you the details to log in to the class through your computer or phone. Pre-registration is required.
