Childbirth Education Three Week Series - Mondays

This virtual class is designed to meet the unique educational needs of our expectant parents in the comfort of their own home. This highly informative THREE day series will cover what every mommy-to-be and her support person should know about the last trimester of pregnancy, labor and birth, post-delivery and newborn care while in the hospital.

Topics include:

Stages of Labor and birth

Comfort Techniques & how your support person can help

Hospital Practices

Medical Interventions & C-Sections

Post-delivery care for the new mother

Newborn care while in the hospital

All instructors are Certified Childbirth Educators.

You must attend all three sessions to get the full class
