Eddie C. Waldheim, Jr. MD, received his Bachelor of Science degree from Auburn University in Auburn, AL, and his medical degree from the University of South Florida College of Medicine in Tampa, FL. His residency was through the Tallahassee Memorial Family Medicine Residency Program in Tallahassee, FL.

Certified by the American Board of Family Practice, he is affiliated with AdventHealth Orlando in Winter Park, FL, where he is an active member of the medical staff. In addition to his employment since 1985 at Maitland Family Practice, he provides medical assistance as a volunteer through several organizations.

He also is a member of the American Academy of Family Practice and Florida Academy of Family Practice. He received the Certificate of Added Qualifications in Geriatric Medicine and he was a fellow with the American Academy of Family Physicians.
