Dr. Marc Bloom is board-certified in cardiothoracic surgery. He has practiced in the Tampa and Zephyrhills areas since his return to the area 1988. The Chief of Cardiac Surgery at both AdventHealth Zephyrhills and Pepin Heart Institute at AdventHealth Tampa, Dr. Bloom has held his position at Pepin Heart Institute since 1996 and at AdventHealth Zephyrhills since 2005. In 1998 he took on additional duties as a Clinic Assistant Professor at the Division of Thoracic and Cardiovascular Surgery at University of South Florida within the Department of Surgery. Dr. Bloom attended medical school at West Virginia University School of Medicine, graduating Phi Beta Kappa and Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Chemistry from WVU.
