Noor Azam, MSN, APRN, FNP is an advanced practice registered nurse dedicated to providing high-quality care to patients of all ages. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Chamberlain University and started her nursing career at Rush University Medical Center in Chicago, IL. She then earned her Master of Nursing Practice from the University of South Florida while continuing to specialize in intermediate critical care medicine. Noor has worked alongside renowned physicians and advanced practice providers, honing her skills in patient assessment, preventive care strategies, and chronic disease management. Her extensive clinical knowledge and interpersonal skills ensure her ability to deliver evidence-based, individualized care that promotes the wellbeing of her patients.
