Yoga Therapy for Lymphatic Drainage
About this Event
This therapeutic yoga class uses movement, yoga breathing, self-massage, and dry brushing to promote whole body circulation. This class includes gentle self-massage, seated yoga postures, deep breathing, and posture alignment with a focus on bringing awareness to tension habits in the body. Participants will leave with an educational handout outlining a home routine. For all abilities.
