Our experienced instructor will guide you through exercises that safely relieve tension, increase flexibility, and build strength in your back. All abilities welcome.
Precaution: Participants experiencing current nerve pain or sciatica flair are encouraged to seek medical care and wait until the flair subsides. Exercises performed in this class are preventative and may aggravate nerves if you are in an acute flair-up.
