Yoga Nidra is a deeply restorative yoga meditation practice. 1 hour = 4 hours of sleep. Enter a relaxed state of awareness where the mind and body can recharge.
Yoga Nidra Heartfelt Intention. Wednesday, November 29th 5:30pm to 6:45pm. Learn to transition from busy brain to being intentional about what is in your heart. We will explore feelings of purpose and strengthen our intentions to lead with the heart. A deeply restorative yoga mediation.
Yoga Nidra Create Calming Brainwaves. Wednesday, December 13th 5:30pm to 6:45pm. Learn how your brain waves respond to this deeply restorative yoga mediation. Enter a relaxed state of awareness by creating calming brainwaves allowing your mind and body to recharge.
Yoga Nidra is Medicine. Wednesday, January 17th 5:30pm to 6:45pm. This deeply restorative yoga meditation is just what the doctor ordered. This class will decrease stress, pain, and inflammation in the body while promoting feelings of calm and peace. 1 hour of Yoga Nidra is equal to 4 hours of sleep.
