Neck and Shoulders Yoga Workshop - 2 Class Series
About this Event
Dissolve tension in the neck and shoulders with this educational movement class. Reduce pain while improving posture and ease of movement. Participants will look at the anatomy of the neck and shoulders while exploring range of motion. Class includes yoga practices to release tension, improve mobility, develop strength and flexibility in the neck and shoulders. Breathing and relaxation techniques are woven in to support healing. For all abilities. Group meets Mondays, December 4th and December 11th, 5:30 to 6:45 pm.
