Clayton Adams, MD, is double board-certified in anesthesiology and pain medicine, with advanced fellowship training in interventional pain management. He specializes in non-surgical procedures, such as epidural steroid injections, nerve blocks, radiofrequency ablation, and peripheral nerve stimulation. He focuses on procedures to treat spine, joint and nerve pain, including facial pain and headaches.

He has specific expertise in spinal cord stimulation and evaluates patients with chronic conditions such as diabetic neuropathy, lower back or leg pain, and peripheral neuropathy for candidacy. Dr. Adams uses external trial stimulation to determine whether patients achieve adequate pain relief and are appropriate candidates for permanent implantation.
