AdventHealth Porter - Community First Health Improvement Meeting

AdventHealth Porter invites you to their annual Community First health improvement meeting!

Every three years, AdventHealth Porter gathers information about the community's health. This information is used to prioritize the community's top health needs and form an action plan to address those needs. This meeting will present updates on this action plan and demonstrate progress made to address the community's top health concerns, including updates on hospital initiatives around mental health, food security, substance use and housing.

In addition to this action plan update, AdventHealth Porter will be reporting their 2025 Community Benefit investments – an overview of how the hospital uses its monetary and non-monetary resources to support the community.

AdventHealth Porter has also invited speakers to seek input on the Hospital Transformation Program, a four-year initiative designed to create a better patient experience. Together, we can work towards a happier and healthier community in Denver.
