Childbirth Series (2 day class)

Learn coping tools/techniques and information necessary to make an informed decision regarding the birth of your baby. This class meets on two consecutive days, 12/16 & 12/17, from 1-5 PM.

Topics include:

• Overview of labor
• Role of the labor support person
• Comfort techniques & practice
• Medical procedures
• Pain management options
• Postpartum

What to bring:

• 2 pillows
• A mat, sleeping bag or blanket
