About Our Foundations

Services of AdventHealth Palm Coast

Two Foundations – One Mission: “Extending the Healing Ministry of Christ”

The AdventHealth Palm Coast Foundation and the AdventHealth Hospice Care East Florida Foundation have helped to support our hospital and our hospice care by raising funds that help us improve and expand our approach to health care. We do this by partnering with generous community leaders to create legacies like the Judith C. Macko Cancer Resource Library and the Stuart F. Meyer Hospice House.

Through our guiding principles of faith, integrity, compassion, respect, and stewardship, we’re constantly seeking to raise awareness of health issues, minister to the people of our community, and lift our patients and employees.

Giving Opportunities

There are many ways you can support AdventHealth Palm Coast, formerly Florida Hospital Flagler, our community, and AdventHealth Hospice Care East Florida. Every donation counts.  Every gift changes lives.

Emergency Room in the Matanzas Woods Area

A 12-bed free standing Emergency Room and medical office building will be built (breaking ground later this year) in the Matanzas Woods area.  Our Foundation is working to identify “support opportunities” to enhance the patient care experience at this location; more information in the coming months.

To us, healthcare is more than mending what’s broken or healing what hurts.  It’s about compassionate, whole-person care.

Make a donation to AdventHealth Palm Coast Foundation today to help enhance patient comfort with various upgrades (e.g., upgraded mattress and stretchers, addition of a Super Baby Warmer, more comfortable waiting area with kid friendly features, upgraded consultation room, etc.)

Support the "Vision of Future Healthcare" in our Community

Make a difference in your community — plan for the future. The AdventHealth Palm Coast 20/20 Society is dedicated to building a stronger, healthier community by supporting AdventHealth Palm Coast.

Give to Diabetes Care and Prevention

Our diabetes fund helps raise awareness of diabetes and provides educational resources to help people with the disease live full, healthy lives.

Support Hospice Care in Flagler and Volusia Counties

Our hospice program provides compassionate end-of-life care, both at home and through several inpatient units in the Flagler and Volusia counties. We serve patients with the highest standard of care.

Donate to Pet Peace of Mind

Many hospice patients worry about their pets — which is why we created the Pet Peace of Mind initiative. By donating to or volunteering with Pet Peace of Mind, you help pets whose owners are in hospice care — providing them with food, financial assistance, transportation to grooming or veterinary care, boarding, walking, and more.

Leave a Legacy / Make a Planned Gift

Create a legacy. Consider leaving us a bequest in your will or making a deferred gift. Do it in honor of a loved one, or simply to give back to your community. Our Planned Giving Resources give you all the information and tools you will need to develop a working knowledge of gift planning that will prove useful when you talk to your Estate Planning Professional.
