The Baby Place at Florida Hospital Celebration Health has earned the prestigious Beacon Award for Excellence from the American Association of Critical-Care Nurses.
The Beacon Award is presented to hospital units that demonstrate exceptional care based on clinical outcomes, patient satisfaction and staff engagement. Across the country, The Baby Place at Florida Hospital Celebration Health is the only complete OB service line to have earned this recognition.
In addition to the well-deserved honor, The Baby Place leaders say that going through the application process also helps their team strive for constant improvement.
There are now seven teams across Florida Hospital that have received the Beacon Award, with four of them being on the Florida Hospital Celebration Health campus.
