Overview

This class promotes whole person well-being and sets up new mothers and families for postpartum success. We focus on prevention, covering information about postpartum depression and anxiety and what you can do before baby arrives to give you a strong foundation. We will discuss risk factors, symptoms, support and how to set yourself up for success. This class is for expectant and new moms and their birth partners to help you all find less anxiety and depression and more joy.
