Chad Smith, MD, is a provider in both the Calhoun and Chatsworth offices of Northwest Georgia Orthopedics and Sports Medicine. As a graduate of the Medical College of Georgia, Dr. Smith is an accomplished surgical and non-surgical orthopedics physician. He completed an orthopedics internship and residency at the University of Tennessee College of Medicine Chattanooga at Erlanger Medical Center. Dr. Smith is board-certified in orthopedic surgery and is fellowship-trained in sports medicine and arthroscopy.
