Shivani Patel, FNP-BC

Shivani Patel, FNP-BC, is a board-certified nurse practitioner who began her career at Halifax Health Daytona Beach. Most recently, Shivani was serving per-diem in the COVID-19 Unit with the Boston Health Care for Homeless Program. Here, Shivani provided care to COVID-19 positive patients at the field hospital set up in Boston, MA.

Shivani studied at Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, FL where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing, followed by her Master of Science in Nursing and Family Nurse Practitioner certification at Simmons University in Boston. MA. She is fluent in English, Spanish and Gujarati.
