William Douglass, MD

William C. Douglass III, MD, MS, is a board-certified family medicine physician with considerable experience in both family and emergency medicine. A graduate of the University of Florida, he went on to earn a Master of Science at Purdue University followed by his medical degree at Loma Linda University in California. During medical school, he completed a medical mission to Mexico as well as elective training in traditional Chinese medicine and a general surgery rotation in China and Thailand, respectively. He thereafter returned to Florida for his family practice residency with AdventHealth, and has been practicing in hospitals, VA medical centers and urgent care centers for nearly 20 years. Today, Dr. Douglass provides comprehensive primary care for patients ages 18 and older. He is welcoming new patients and accepts most insurance plans.
