Join AdventHealth educator for a virtual live childbirth class.
?This class will teach the stages of labor, pain management options,
cesarean birth, post-partum care, breastfeeding, and newborn care
including safe sleep. All expectant mothers are encouraged to bring
a support person to the class (spouse, parent, etc.).
