Lisa Kingsley, DO, is a board-certified family medicine physician. She provides a broad spectrum of primary care for acute conditions such as injury, pain, and chronic conditions including diabetes, high blood pressure, and obesity. Dr. Kingsley can also help with women’s health services like contraceptive care, dysmenorrhea, and menopause. As part of her practice, she performs in-office procedures, including trigger point injections, osteopathic manipulation treatment, IUD and Nexplanon insertion and removal, pap smears, skin biopsies, certain joint injections, laceration repair, splinting, and cryotherapy for skin lesion removal.
Dr. Kingsley earned her medical degree at Rocky Vista University College of Osteopathic Medicine. She completed her family medicine residency at HealthONE/Sky Ridge Medical Center. Dr. Kingsley is also board-certified in Lifestyle Medicine by the American Board of Lifestyle Medicine. This additional training provides her with the tools to help patients prevent, treat, and reverse chronic medical conditions utilizing lifestyle factors such as diet, exercise, stress management, and sleep hygiene.
Dr. Kingsley sincerely desires to help her patients live their best and healthiest lives. She works individually with her patients to develop a plan for their health that is attainable, sustainable and relevant.

A Colorado native, Dr. Kingsley enjoys hiking, camping, biking and snowboarding with her husband and their poodle. Her hobbies include beekeeping, wildlife photography and traveling the world.
