Tai Chi for Arthritis and Falls Prevention - Forms 2
About this Event
This class focuses on relieving the symptoms of arthritis, pain, and enchancing overall healthy movement with Tai Chi Forms 1 &2. Participants to not need to have arthritis to benefit from the exercises that improve balance and reduce risk and fear of falling.
Forms Two: 10/23/2025- 12/11/2025 (no class 11/27 due to Thanksgiving) Thursdays 11am- Noon
Tai Chi is safe for all abilities with or without arthitis. Tai Chi has been proven to prevent falls, increase balance and movement, and improve quality of life for participants. This form of Tai Chi can be safely progressed to each person’s needs. Meets once per week. Each session is $35, payment to be made online or by cash/check at first class.
