Childbirth Preparation Series In-Person

Join us for a series of 4 consecutive classes to help prepare you for the experience of childbirth. Class will be held October 17, 24 November 7 and 14 from 6:30PM to 9:00PM at Avista Adventist Hospital.

WE WILL NOT HAVE CLASS ON OCTOBER 31st FOR HALLOWEEN

The classes will include an overview of labor, relaxation and breathing techniques, medication options, interventions, hospital procedures and the role of the labor support person. We recommend you complete all classes at least two weeks prior to your due date.

The 1 ticket registration is good for 2 people at attend.
